Looking for Agile or Scrum training for your entire team?

For teams, we have two set programs. We are happy to come and provide those at your location. What many clients want is a one-day Agile & Scrum Essentials training to get a taste of Scrum and Agile. When teams make the decision to go Agile, they ask us to provide an Agile Kickstart. Two days where we explain how Scrum works and immediately put the current workload into Scrum form. The rest of our in-company programs are customized. The topics we cover a lot are: Leadership, Portfolio management, Agile Roadmaps, Obeya, OKR, Driving for Results or Kanban. Interested in coaching and facilitating Scrum or Agile teams?

If you enjoy coaching organizations, teams or individuals, we have the following Agile and Scrum training courses for you: Scrum Master Training I & Scrum Master Training II or Agile Coach Training I. Which of these training courses you take depends on your experience. Scrum Master I is an ideal foundation if you have little or no experience with Scrum. Then you will learn exactly how the Scrum framework works and can get an official certificate.

If you already have a year of work experience as a Scrum Master, or have your certification, check out the advanced trainings: Scrum Master II and the Agile Coach Training I, where we fill your backpack with practical tools to take teams and organizations to the next level.

Are you getting started with the Agile organization?

We have a number of training courses that specifically focus on organizational change. We also call this coaching Agile Transformations. You then look beyond the team and take a close look at your organization’s systems and culture.

The courses you can look at in this case are the Agile Coach Training I & Agile Coach Training II, Value Driven Portfolio Management (VDPM) and Leading SAFe.

The Agile Coach Training courses delve into systems and cultures that provide fertile ground for working Agile. You also get tools to introduce them.

Value Driven Portfolio Management (VDPM) is a practical framework for getting better alignment on added value within the organization. You make the transition from a project-driven organization to a value-driven organization.

Finally, in the Leading SAFe training, you’ll learn how the most popular system works to collaborate with multiple Scrum teams. Many organizations follow this standard, and with the content of this training, you can plug right in.

Do you like to define the content of the work and want to do it Agile?

If you like to work strategically and substantively in a team, we have these trainings for you: Product Owner Training I & Product Owner Training II, VDPM and Design Thinking. They help you take substantive leadership over a team or team of teams. You’ll learn how to organize that practically and how to approach innovation smartly and Agile.

The Product Owner I training is an ideal foundation if you have little or no experience with Agile. You can get the internationally acclaimed PSPOI certificate with it.

In the Product Owner II training, we go deeper with best practices around roadmaps, strategy development and stakeholder management.

Are you marketing new products? Then the Design Thinking and Lean Startup training is relevant to you. This training provides a practical structure for group creativity. So you can get the best ideas to market faster. And you’ll also spend less time on chance ideas.
