In this 1-day training, you will actively collaborate as a team in a LEGO Simulation. You will build your team and discover the power of Agile and Scrum by applying it right away. Experience how to practically work in sprints.
During the LEGO Simulation, you will discover how to organize alignment between teams, how to ensure quality, how to make sure everything you produce fits together. By evaluating and acting, your productivity will increase exponentially. Where Agile collides with team culture is something you notice immediately in this simulation. It is a light-hearted way to discuss the culture and come up with better working arrangements together.
After a brief explanation of Agile and Scrum, we roll up our sleeves. Based on an inspiring case, we will work with LEGO as a team. We have different challenges depending on the size and interest of the team.
Step by step, you will experience what it is like to be an Agile team. Together, you feel the commitment that true Agile teams also experience. You will also experience how Agile and Scrum promotes communication in teams and how you get better and better at working together.
We organize the LEGO Scrum with a team of teams. In Scaled Scrum or Scaled Agile, you will learn how to effectively keep a sprint planning. You also experience how important it is to look back the stakeholders is with a sprint review. In addition, you will learn the power of sprint retrospective by jointly evaluating and improving the process.
With this game, you can assess whether Agile working is something for the team. Even if you don’t end up choosing Scrum, you have experienced an interesting team-building activity. At the same time, the simulation is aimed at improving collaboration and team culture.
For teams that want to get acquainted with the principles of Agile and the tools that Scrum offers in an accessible way and with a lot of energy. Also very suitable for anyone who knows the theory, but has no idea how to put it into practice. Ideal as a team building activity.
