Scrum Academy Trainings

Agile Training: Scrum Master Training I

You already work daily in a team and you love facilitation immeasurably. That’s why you are now thinking about becoming a Scrum Master. Then choose this Scrum Master Training I. This training is perfect for team members or project managers who work in Agile organizations and want to understand and apply Scrum in detail.

In this two-day training you will learn to apply Scrum effectively. As a mentor, coach and facilitator, you will soon make the team energetic, self-organizing and productive. As a Scrum Master, you will ensure that multidisciplinary teams work together effectively, even when they are not in the same office. Specifically, in this training you will learn to intervene as a Scrum Master in 3 areas:

  • Direct the team so that the team continues to improve continuously;
  • Direct the Product Owner so that the entire team stays up to speed and works on the right priorities;
  • Direction to the organization to ensure that the team has the space to work in an Agile manner.

After participating, you will receive a certificate from Scrum Academy and can register for the official certification PSM1.

Agile Training: Product Owner Training I

You want to maximally inspire your team, deliver optimal customer value, and make content adjustments.
As an entry-level Product Owner, you work in marketing, communications or policy. Or more in the technical and online world. Then choose this Product Owner Training I.

In this two-day Product Owner Training I you will learn how to best fill the challenging role of Product Owner. We cover your role and responsibilities in each part of the Scrum framework. We focus on stakeholder management, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.

  • You will learn how to keep the team up to speed, involve all stakeholders and also keep a grip on the project;
  • You develop skills to create a tight backlog that creates the maximum business value (return on investment, also known as ROI).

Upon completion of the training you will receive a certificate from Scrum Academy. The material of this Product Owner Training is also composed exactly to obtain a PSPO 1 certificate.

Agile Training: Agile Coach Training I

You are already a Scrum Master, Learning Expert, (Team) Coach or starting Agile Coach. And now you want to develop further? Then this Agile Coach Training I is super valuable for you. The Agile Coach focuses on the functioning of the team. That functioning has to do with mindset, clear roles, an atmosphere of openness, focus on added value and above all finding pleasure in your work.

In this three-day course, you will learn how to coach the Product Owner, Scrum Master, team members and stakeholders in their roles. You provide a whole within which all roles function optimally together, in a way that suits the organization. In addition to the transformation to the Agile mindset, this course covers:

  • Coaching of individuals and of teams;
  • Supervising Agile transformations;
  • Dealing with conflict;
  • Your personal development as a coach

At the end of the Agile Coach training, you will receive a certificate from Scrum Academy and you can call yourself an Agile Coach. Scrum Academy is a member of IC Agile for international certification and accreditation.
