Documents, presentations, spreadsheet, etc. Of course, you want to be able to save and share these easily with each other. Ideally, you can work on the same document in real time with multiple people simultaneously.Google DriveGoogle Drive is my go-to storage tool. It’s free and super easy to use. The Google Suite of docs, spreadsheets and presentations support simultaneous editing and changes are easy to find.Microsoft Office365This is Microsoft’s answer to the Google Suite. Microsoft OneDrive is the storage facility and Office365 includes Web and desktop versions of industry standards such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Also supports real-time collaboration. Unlike the Google Suite, O365 is not free to use.WeTransfer CollectWeTransfer has launched the mobile app “Collect by WeTransfer. It allows users to create and share digital clipping folders.Until now, this sharing service has focused mainly on sending files. To that now comes the element of co-creation.In addition to files, it is possible to sort links to Web pages and, for example, audio and video streams in a folder.
