But what are the differences between these trainings? And what do you learn in which training? In this article, we look specifically at the differences between Scrum Master and Product Owner training courses. Before we grab our magnifying glass and zoom in on the content of the trainings, just a quick summary of the two roles. Who is the Scrum Master and who is the Product Owner?Scrum Master is facilitator and the connector between the Product Owner and the Development Team. Important words for the Scrum Master are: quality, efficiency and a smoothly running system.Product Owner is value creator and the person with vision.
