Dare to choose with the Product Goal Canvas

Taking risks … we prefer to rule them out. However? But risk avoidance also results for many people and organizations in the following: not making choices. A common mistake in my opinion. Because when you do dare to make choices, you really choose something. And you exclude something consciously. Pretty exciting, but this Product Goal Canvas helps you with that. Why is it valuable? I explain it briefly.

First, let’s return to that common mistake: not making choices. A result of avoiding risk. So actually we can put it this way: if you avoid risk, you run the risk of not making choices anymore. And by no longer making choices, you risk making products or services for everyone. The result: a company with an unrecognizable profile. Little value for customers, waste of time and resources, little success. It can be done differently.
