It requires empathy to provide a listening ear and really understand them. At the same time, it is essential to communicate your message clearly and persuasively. The Persuasive Communication training is perfect for that!
Our Persuasive Communication training is specifically designed to give you the skills and techniques you need to strike the balance. You will learn how to convey information in a clear and impactful way, as well as how to gain and maintain trust through an empathetic and authentic way of communicating. We do this with a mix of theory and practical exercises.
The training includes lunch, certificate and teaching materials.
Three weeks after the training you will have a personal 1-on-1 coaching session. During this session we evaluate your progress and discuss how you have applied the skills and insights you have learned to your role as Product Owner. This way you get valuable insights and concrete tips to further strengthen your impact as Product Owner. Because our Product Owner trainers have over 10 years of practical experience in various companies, they are able to quickly understand how they can help you.

Een levendige en inspirerende Product Owner training door Gert‑Jan Danenberg (Scrumacademy). Veel inhoud in twee dagen, maar dankzij de sterke methodiek en pakkende oefeningen blijft er verrassend veel hangen. De fijne locatie en de goede verzorging door de gastvrouw maakten het helemaal af.
Gert-Jan is echt een uitstekende trainer, Agile en Scrum is leuke materie, de scrumacademy methode om het aan te leren was leuk, leerzaam en echt de moeite waard. Het aantal cursussen en workshops dat ik heb gedaan tot op heden is onwijs veel hoop (Prince2, Lean, MSP, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, etc) . Dit is zeker top 3 van wat ik gevolgd heb, qua aanbieder.
Ik heb een zeer waardevolle ervaring gehad tijdens de product owner training van Scrum Academy. De training was zowel leerzaam en inspirerend als prettig interactief opgezet.
Heel goed, erg vriendelijke en vanuit de praktijk ervaren trainer.
Ondanks dat het boven de 35 graden was wist Gert-Jan ons te inspireren. Leuk ook om van mensen uit een andere branche te leren. Goede interactieve training met goede voorbereiding voor het examen en certificering.
Interactief en heel leerzaam. Inmiddels twee trainingen naar volle tevredenheid gevolgd. De impact op de werkvloer is goed merkbaar.
Ik heb de Scrum Master 1 training gevolgd bij Scrum Academy en ben supertevreden! Van tevoren had ik weinig tot geen kennis van Agile of Scrum, maar na deze twee dagen is het me helemaal duidelijk: wat het is, waarom je het gebruikt en wanneer je het inzet. De training was lekker interactief en er was veel ruimte voor vragen en praktijkvoorbeelden. De trainer was ervaren, enthousiast en wist alles op een duidelijke en toegankelijke manier uit te leggen. Ook de locatie was top: goed bereikbaar, fijne sfeer en de verzorging van de dagen (lunch, snacks, etc.) was uitstekend geregeld. Een aanrader voor iedereen die een goede basis wil leggen in Scrum!
Training wordt op een hele goede, dynamische en interactieve manier gegeven. Je leert veel over de achtergrond en het framework door oefeningen uit te voeren op een laagdrempelige manier. De reflectie momenten zorgen ervoor dat het geoefende blijft hangen. De trainer, Gert-Jan, heb ik meegemaakt als een aardige, toegankelijke en prettige persoonlijkheid. Zoek je een training om o.a de agile mindset en scrum framework toe te kunnen (gaan) passen en/of je/de rol(len) te verbeteren dan moet je zeker bij de Scrum Academy zijn !
Hele fijne scrummastertraining gevolgd. Steile leercurve, waarbij theorie en (eigen) praktijk goed in balans waren. Aanrader!
