About the stakeholder management training

Managing stakeholders is a crucial responsibility of a Product Owner. In fact, research shows that it is the most important but also the most challenging task. How do you deal with the expectations of various stakeholders? How do you decide what to prioritize? And how do you ensure effective communication with your key stakeholders? It is questions like these that often cause sleepless nights for Product Owners.

In this training we will approach the subject of stakeholder management from multiple perspectives. This way we quickly get to the heart of your specific situation. We identify the key stakeholders and analyze how to use your time and energy most effectively. We also examine what communication strategies work best to best engage your stakeholders.

Extra: 1-on-1 coaching

Three weeks after the training, you will have a personal 1-on-1 coaching session. In this session we look together at your progress and how you have put the product vision into practice so far. This provides: valuable insights and concrete tips to increase your impact as Product Owner.

The training is fully catered, including lunch, a certificate of attendance and useful study materials.
