OKRs & Obeya for customer value.

During this two-day training, we will delve deeper into tools such as OKRs and Obeya. Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) is an approach to link your organization’s objectives (Objectives) to measurable results (Key Results). Obeya refers to a physical or virtual space where teams and stakeholders solve problems, make decisions and track project progress. It provides a visual and interactive platform on which information, goals, metrics and actions can be coordinated.

Value management helps you form a foundation for OKRs and is also an important component in your Obeya. After this training, if you use OKRs and Obeya in managing customer value, you will ensure in several ways:
