Why you don’t build a team with a PO workout here and there

You are a director, bridge builder, course keeper, decision maker and sometimes diplomat. And honestly? Product Ownership is a fantastic profession. If you have the space to do it well, at least.

In many organizations, I see multiple Product Owners with a lot of potential. Smart people who work very hard, but each on their own island. Each with their own approach, pace and style. Often they all follow different training courses, separate from each other. But if you work together on one product or within the same organization, why not also grow together?

One team, one language, one direction

You’re not going to make real strides until you develop a common ground as a group of Product Owners. Not only to better grasp your own role, but to become much more powerful as a team: in vision, in choices, in leadership.

That is why we have developed an in-company Master Track: a learning program in which you work with fellow Product Owners on true depth. Not a standard Agile course, but a program in which you become stronger together, at your own place and pace.

What you will work on together

In this incompany Product Owner Master Track , we will dive into issues that often come back to Product Owners who want to grow further, such as:

  • How do you provide direction with a sharp product vision?
  • How do you keep stakeholders on board without losing direction?
  • How do you say “no” in a way that inspires confidence?
  • And how do you guard calm in the hectic pace of the day?

And the beauty: you do it together. You learn from each other, sharpen your choices, and as a group develop a stronger, more cohesive voice in the organization.

You learn not from a book, but from each other and from trainers who have practiced the profession themselves for years. Our trainers know what it is like to navigate between strategy, stakeholders and sprint planning. And they know: theory is nice, but it only gets exciting in practice. The structure of the program?
