In this training you will learn to deepen the role of the Product Owner from 6 different angles. For example, we go into Design Thinking and smart experimentation, in order to quickly gather customer feedback and improve the product or service. Another angle is the numerical side, that of: OKRs, funding, scaling up and Agile budgeting. The latter is especially important when you need money for the next step of your product or service. We will also address longer term goals, by formulating good Product Visions, and marketing these with Storytelling. Of course you will work on mapping your stakeholder field and learn to apply effective communication strategies.

This training is relevant for Product Owners who have hands-on experience and want to perform their role more effectively. You will gain additional tools across the entire spectrum of the profession. From formulating an appealing vision, storytelling, stakeholder management and dealing with management to the numerical underpinnings of your role. You will also become more robust in discussions with stakeholders, as you get a better grip on your deadlines and delivering value.
