You will learn to effectively apply Agile product development at scale (3 or more teams). Consider issues such as cross-team alignment, portfolio management and setting up a scaled agile organization.
You are working with self-directed (Scrum) teams, but see that your organization is not yet optimally set up for this. The first step is knowing why you want to scale up and what the consequences of scaling up are. The second step involves choosing the right framework. After this master class, you will be able to help your organization become even more effective and efficient. We call this Minimun Viable Bureaucracy (MVB). Furthermore, we make sure that after the master class you can get started with the four best-known scaling frameworks in the market: SAFe, ‘Spotify Model’, LeSS and Nexus.
You believe in self-directed teams, but see that your organization is not yet optimally set up for this. Therefore you get a toolbox with concrete tools and techniques to give substance to the term MVB. You can use this toolbox in a way that suits your organization. You develop your own vision on collaboration between Agile teams.
The Scaling Agile Masterclass consists of 30% theory and 70% practice. The training contains so much practice because Agile frameworks really bring with them a new mindset. During the first day you will practice in small groups with the theory and real-life cases. Then you get to work on your own case, under the guidance of the experienced Scrum Academy trainers. During the second master class day, there is plenty of room to address your practical issues.
The master class lasts for two days and has a maximum of 16 participants. After participating you will receive a certificate from Scrum Academy. You will always get experienced trainers who will make sure you want to get started full of energy after the training!

Een levendige en inspirerende Product Owner training door Gert‑Jan Danenberg (Scrumacademy). Veel inhoud in twee dagen, maar dankzij de sterke methodiek en pakkende oefeningen blijft er verrassend veel hangen. De fijne locatie en de goede verzorging door de gastvrouw maakten het helemaal af.
