If you register for training with us or request a quote, you want your information to be handled securely and cleanly. We would want that too. We store your information in a secure environment that others cannot access. And we do not pass on your information to third parties for commercial purposes. Also clear. In order to process a registration or an offer request smoothly, we do need information from you. Here you can read for what purpose we need your information. We keep it as simple as possible.

For what purpose do we use your data?

We use your information for the following purposes:

To process an enrollment of trainings,

for resending training materials
To make appointments and communicate any changes
to bill.
To provide the most personalized offer of our trainings. To do so, we use data from your IP address and surfing and search behavior stored in cookies.

Here’s what we want to know from you

First and last name
This makes inviting you to the training, the training itself and the administrative handling personal.
Phone number
To reach you quickly for example just before or during a training day.
Address and Residence
When we post personal training materials, they go to an address of your choice. This can be your private address or a business address.
Email address
You will receive an email about registration and about your participation in the training. We will invite you with practical information by email and you will receive a newsletter from us if you sign up for it.
Address and Place of the person paying.
We need that information to put on the invoice.
IP address
To be relevant to you, we look at your IP address. We remember your preference and thus give you appropriate advice.
Email address for newsletters
You can sign up for newsletters. These always have content tailored to you, where we are high on sharing knowledge and doing relevant knowledge floors for you. The newsletter also has an unsubscribe function, if you no longer wish to receive the newsletter.
Google Reviews
We really appreciate it when you share your experience by means of a Google review. This also helps to convince new customers of our approach. Via Google, these reviews will come directly to our site.

In conclusion

Sharing with third parties
We do not. Except: we are required by law to pass on data to the tax authorities, for example. In emergency or life-threatening situations, we use personal data without prior consent. We hope, of course, that this does not occur.
