Lead by example is our motto. We like to transfer our methods, because we enjoy creating enthusiasm in self-directed teams.

We like to make ourselves redundant as soon as possible. The teams then grow on their own. We believe in a model where people have influence on their work and in small steps get closer and closer to ideal ways of working. Then you start doing things because you want to do them. And not because you feel obliged to. This renewed energy is the prelude to the most important new habit: getting the best out of yourself and others.

Transformation Team

We form the transformation team with a delegation from the organization (Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, formal and informal leaders). The transformation team creates a backlog together and works on the transformation in an Agile way. In this way, the team immediately sets an example for the entire organization.

Upon completion of our deployment, the Transformation Team itself is able to continuously advance the organizational change in increments.

Together with the Agile teams, our Agile Coaches work on the content of the Agile teams’ assignment. At the same time, we work on an entirely new way of collaboration and organization. First we take the lead, then we pull together with the teams and in the final phase we coach. This way, teams take ownership of what they do and how they do it.

Make transformation measurable and insightful

Together with management and with the teams, we make the transformation measurable. We set up dashboards with objectives & key results. This way it is always clear what you are working on, what the results are and where focus or control is needed. For this we use tools that we develop ourselves and make available to you.

More than 100 years of experience

Our Agile Coaches have combined over 100 years of experience and practical knowledge in guiding transformations.
