Furthermore, during this training you can certify yourself as a SAFe Agilist.
During this two-day training you will gain the necessary knowledge to guide an organization through an Agile Transition. You will use the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and the underlying principles. You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset. You will learn what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation.
You will receive a two-day training on the SAFe framework. Two days chock-full of inspiration and tools that you can use in your own organization.

The Leading SAFe training consists of 30% theory and 70% practice. The training contains so much practice because Agile frameworks really bring with them a new mindset. The training lasts two days and has a maximum of 16 participants. After participating you will receive a certificate from Scrum Academy, furthermore you will get one opportunity to pass the exam for SAFe Agilist. You will always get experienced trainers who will make sure you are full of energy to get started after the training!
The training includes a SAFe® 6 Agilist certificate. You will have access to an online environment where you can take an exam within 30 days to earn the certificate.
A Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) is a SAFe Enterprise leadership professional who leads and supports Lean-Agile transformation. Key competency areas include applying Lean-Agile mindset and principles, releasing value through Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and building an Agile portfolio to align strategy and execution.
This leading Safe training is linked to an in-depth Master Class. You can take that Master class for extra depth with your personal practice issue. We help you make a flying start with your transition. You leave the Masterclass with a concrete plan of action to implement SAFe. In the extra Master class we look at an Agile transition through six lenses: organizational model, translation of strategy into execution, leadership and team development.
The Leading SAFe training is right for you if you are working as a manager or change agent, have some experience with Scrum and Agile working and have chosen the SAFe framework to scale Agile in your organization.

Ondanks dat het boven de 35 graden was wist Gert-Jan ons te inspireren. Leuk ook om van mensen uit een andere branche te leren. Goede interactieve training met goede voorbereiding voor het examen en certificering.
Interactief en heel leerzaam. Inmiddels twee trainingen naar volle tevredenheid gevolgd. De impact op de werkvloer is goed merkbaar.
Ik heb de Scrum Master 1 training gevolgd bij Scrum Academy en ben supertevreden! Van tevoren had ik weinig tot geen kennis van Agile of Scrum, maar na deze twee dagen is het me helemaal duidelijk: wat het is, waarom je het gebruikt en wanneer je het inzet. De training was lekker interactief en er was veel ruimte voor vragen en praktijkvoorbeelden. De trainer was ervaren, enthousiast en wist alles op een duidelijke en toegankelijke manier uit te leggen. Ook de locatie was top: goed bereikbaar, fijne sfeer en de verzorging van de dagen (lunch, snacks, etc.) was uitstekend geregeld. Een aanrader voor iedereen die een goede basis wil leggen in Scrum!
Training wordt op een hele goede, dynamische en interactieve manier gegeven. Je leert veel over de achtergrond en het framework door oefeningen uit te voeren op een laagdrempelige manier. De reflectie momenten zorgen ervoor dat het geoefende blijft hangen. De trainer, Gert-Jan, heb ik meegemaakt als een aardige, toegankelijke en prettige persoonlijkheid. Zoek je een training om o.a de agile mindset en scrum framework toe te kunnen (gaan) passen en/of je/de rol(len) te verbeteren dan moet je zeker bij de Scrum Academy zijn !
Hele fijne scrummastertraining gevolgd. Steile leercurve, waarbij theorie en (eigen) praktijk goed in balans waren. Aanrader!
Een geweldige ervaring gehad bij de Agile Coach training van Scrum Academy! De training was niet alleen ontzettend leerzaam en interessant, maar ook erg leuk en interactief. De trainer begreep de rol van Agile Coach als geen ander en wist op een prettige manier zowel de theorie als de praktijk tot leven te brengen. Met veel ruimte voor vragen en praktijkoefeningen kon je de opgedane kennis direct toepassen. Het was een gezellige en tegelijkertijd zeer educatieve training. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die zich wil ontwikkelen als Agile Coach!
Ik heb de training 'Agile Coach 1' gevolgd en die was boven verwachting leuk. Niet alleen omdat ik het ontdekt dat agile coaching zoveel facetten bevat (waar ik heel blij van wordt), maar ook omdat de leraar/ coach Roy echt heel goed was. Ik heb tientallen cursussen en training gevolgd, maar deze is een van de beste! Raad dit zeker aan als je agile coach wilt worden. Wel handig als je goeie kennis of ervaring hebt met agile en/ of scrum.
Erg tevreden over de Product Owner II Training! Goede trainer met duidelijke uitleg aan de hand van grote flip-overs. Fijne balans tussen theorie, eigen casussen en reflectie.
