Day 1: Introspection

Intermediate practice assignment: figuring out your team’s coaching question.

Day 2: Agile Team Development

  • How do I recognize the utilization trap and what do I do to prevent it?
  • How do I increase ownership in Agile teams?
  • What are the skills of a Team On Purpose?
  • How do I develop Agile teams to better performance?
  • Getting started with the TTC development framework and the TTC coaching framework.

Intermediate work assignment: Organize a team coaching meeting with your team.

Day 3: Coaching development and leadership

  • How do you determine team maturity?
  • How will you stretch team maturity?
  • How will you manage the mandate of the teams?
  • How do you unleash team spirit?
  • Recognize roadblocks in Agile teams?
  • What is your role in peer review, coaching sessions and intervention?
  • Practical cases of the participants
  • How do you continuously develop yourself as an Agile Leader?

Een levendige en inspirerende Product Owner training door Gert‑Jan Danenberg (Scrumacademy). Veel inhoud in twee dagen, maar dankzij de sterke methodiek en pakkende oefeningen blijft er verrassend veel hangen. De fijne locatie en de goede verzorging door de gastvrouw maakten het helemaal af.

Gert-Jan is echt een uitstekende trainer, Agile en Scrum is leuke materie, de scrumacademy methode om het aan te leren was leuk, leerzaam en echt de moeite waard. Het aantal cursussen en workshops dat ik heb gedaan tot op heden is onwijs veel hoop (Prince2, Lean, MSP, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, etc) . Dit is zeker top 3 van wat ik gevolgd heb, qua aanbieder.

Ondanks dat het boven de 35 graden was wist Gert-Jan ons te inspireren. Leuk ook om van mensen uit een andere branche te leren. Goede interactieve training met goede voorbereiding voor het examen en certificering.
