In this training you will be introduced to the essential aspects of Agile Coaching and given concrete handles and tools to put into practice immediately. Our trainers have years of experience as Agile Coaches at large and small companies and non-profits. Moreover, you will not only learn from skilled trainers from the field but also from each other. <\/span><\/p>\n At the center are the Agile Coaching competencies teaching, coaching & mentoring, facilitation and organizational transformation. We practice with the competencies and give you a concrete tool for each. This is how you build your skills and increase your effectiveness. <\/span><\/p>\n The training lasts 1 day and has a maximum of 16 participants. After the training you will go home with a filled toolkit and a roadmap for your development. <\/span><\/p>\n Being a good Agile Coach is more than knowing what the Agile mindset entails and what principles are being sailed on. A good Agile Coach can convey theory well, knows how to use her experiences to help people move forward, can coach someone in a professional manner and can draw on a wealth of facilitation techniques. In addition to this broad base, she specializes in, for example, organizational change or Lean Innovation. <\/span><\/p>\n So an Agile Coach is at home in many fields. In this 1-day introduction we will give you tools to grow on the teaching, coaching & mentoring, facilitation and organizational competencies.
