Summer Agile Coach Training<\/h2>\n

During the summer vacations, we are giving some extra trainings especially for the “stay at home” students. Do you want to train as an Agile Coach during the summer vacations? Then come to our Summer School Agile Coach Training! The same training but a bit more summery and the ideal time to stop and develop yourself as many of your colleagues are on vacation. <\/p>\n

4 day Agile Coach Training course that will fill you with an Agile Toolkit of note.<\/h3>\n

As an Agile Coach, you help (Scrum) teams achieve ultimate performance. The first benefits of Agile are already visible, but the real flywheel is still missing. How do you get the Agile mindset into the teams? As an Agile Coach, you make sure everyone gets well into her new role. You coach the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Team Members and Stakeholders. You help the organization with an agile culture. In doing so, you bring focus to the customer. You help teams deliver quickly and often. You bring a culture in the organization of continuous learning. <\/p>\n

This means that teams have to adopt an entirely new way of working and working arrangements. It also often means taking teams and management through a culture change. A challenging role that requires many different hats. This requires you to be really nimble yourself. Coaching Agile teams is not an easy task, but it is a special one. How exactly do you do that? You will experience this during the course on Agile coaching at Scrum Academy in an interactive, challenging and practical way. After the training you will be able to start working on your agile challenges with confidence and a well-filled toolkit. <\/p>\n

What will you learn during the Agile Coach training?<\/h3>\n

Throughout the 4 days, you’ll have lots of interaction with other participants, leaving you with a wealth of additional experience to complete the training.<\/p>\n

At Scrum Academy, Agile coach training is a unique and interactive combination of theory and practice. With us you follow the training with other Scrum Masters, Product Owner, Leather Expert and starting Agile Coaches. Therefore, there is a lot of attention for exchanging experiences and especially for actively doing. Between the training days you will receive assignments and exercises. These exercises are discussed during the next meeting. We work with an interactive digital learning environment in which participants exchange learning experiences, tips & tricks and inspiration. <\/p>\n

Structure of the Agile Coach training<\/h3>\n

Each day of the four-day training has its own theme. With a lot of focus, you work on skills to further develop individuals, team and organization. At Scrum Academy, the Agile coach training is a unique and interactive combination of theory and practice. With us you follow the training with other Scrum Masters, Product Owner, Leather Expert and starting Agile Coaches. Therefore, there is a lot of attention for exchanging experiences and especially for actively doing. We work with an interactive digital learning environment in which participants exchange learning experiences, tips & tricks and inspiration. <\/p>\n

Around the training to Agile<\/span> Co<\/span>ach<\/span> complete and receive a certificate<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
