Inspiring and results-oriented change to an Agile organization<\/b><\/h2>\n

The Agile Coach Training II is the logical and much requested training after the Agile Coach Training I<\/a>. Where module I covers Agile Coaching techniques and the dynamics of Agile teams, this training goes deep into how to start a change, get everyone on board and scale it up throughout the organization. <\/p>\n

Agile working in organizations has a major impact on how we are used to working and organizing. It requires a substantial change in culture and structure. <\/p>\n

In this three-day training<\/strong> you will learn how to start an effective transition and how to keep the flow in the change. You will also learn how to make the change tangible, so that Agile does not remain just fine words, but also becomes visible in behavior. <\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

Getting started with proven tools and best practices<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For Agile Coach Training II, Scrum Academy’s Agile Coaches have summarized all the best practices in a three-day hands-on training course. You’ll hear firsthand what works in practice. From the strategic framework to the operational level. <\/span><\/p>\n

During two days, you work a lot with participants from different industries. You will share each other’s experiences and leave the training extra enriched. We invite you to bring in your own case. This way you can directly apply the content of the training to your situation. We also reflect on what the change means for you as a person and how you can even more effectively assume your role as transition leader. Upon completion, you will have a solid basis to transform your organization even more effectively. <\/span><\/p>\n

Scaling up Agile throughout the organization<\/b><\/h3>\n

Working with one or a few teams Agile teams in the organization are often still easy to manage. But when you scale up, new challenges demand a good answer. <\/span><\/p>\n

You will learn how to develop an Agile culture and transform culture into concrete behaviors. You will learn how to make alignment happen in an organization that is accelerating hard. In this section, we cover scaling models, what leadership goes with them, and also what attitudes and behaviors are desired from team members. We make it concrete with alignment with OKRs. Objectives & keyresults, with which you keep a grip on the direction of the organization in an Agile way. <\/span><\/p>\n

Empirical change cycle<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Central to the training is the Agile Change Canvas and the change cycle of insights, opportunities and experiments. Using the Agile Change Canvas, you build the context of the desired change block by block. As a second step, you establish a concrete change backlog. <\/span><\/p>\n

Change management at Scrum Academy is an Agile approach. You learn how to create the urgency to start the change. Then we formulate the first promising experiments to create and test change in practice. These experiments are validated in practice, using objectives & key results to keep direction and focus. <\/span><\/p>\n

We also address the drivers of individuals and teams. Why do we want to change? You will learn how to positively influence behavior and how powerful it can be. Important in the Agile transition is the role of management. We provide you with concrete coaching techniques to <\/span>guide your management and engage stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n

Personal development to become an Agile Coach<\/h3>\n

At the end of the training, we reflect on your personal development as an Agile Coach.
