Teams no longer sit together, but work scattered across the country or even in different countries. Collaboration is already complicated normally, and when individual team members are working remotely, it becomes really complex. That calls for different Agile Coaching Skills. <\/span><\/p>\n The online training course Coaching Remote Agile Teams helps you get and keep the agile mindset in your team, even when working remotely.<\/span><\/p>\n You will learn how to turn a Remote Agile team into a high performing unit. You will be given concrete tools to lead team discussion and bring focus to the team. Important elements such as clear communication, stakeholder management, transparency, unambiguous agreements and commitment are reviewed. Specifically, you will get tools to facilitate online sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective. <\/span><\/p>\n During the training there is plenty of room for your individual questions and together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches we provide the best knowledge sharing and inspiration.<\/span><\/p>\n The training is online and led by one of our experienced trainers. You follow the training together with other Scrum Master and Agile Coaches, so there is plenty of room for interaction. The training is divided into 4 blocks of 2 hours spread over 4 days.
