With the Driving Customer Value training, you will answer that question together with experienced trainers and peers. The promise: after this two-day interactive training you will steer, with tools like OKR&#8217;S and Obeya, from vision to value realization.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What does your customer really want?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Often we think we know what customers want and what is really valuable. But what is that actually based on? In practice, this often turns out to be based on assumptions. Let&#8217;s validate those as soon as possible, so that you waste as little money and time as possible on projects that do not deliver value. With the Driving Customer Value training you will make this your usp: develop customer value from the vision and realize it actionably.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Customer value: more than a satisfied customer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>The extent to which a product or service meets customer needs and expectations. This is how customer value is often expressed. But there are a lot of functional, emotional and psychological elements involved. If you handle them well, this could be the result: satisfied customers, loyalty, repeat purchases and good cooperation with internal customers.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>From vision to realization immediately apply<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>You move from vision to realization by developing a clear strategy. So you convert a vision into measurable objectives, implement action plans, evaluate regularly and adjust where necessary. Of course, involving and motivating your team in this is crucial. During the two-day training we first look at the Big Picture of your organization or team and then make the next steps very concrete. With plenty of room for brought cases and questions. So that you can get to work immediately in your practice and deliver more value for your customer, organization and employees.     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>This is what you will learn with the Driving Customer Value training<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The principles and fundamentals of value management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to set up value management to achieve clear OKRs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to set up and organize an Obeya space, both physical and virtual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective visual communication techniques to present information clearly and understandably.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to increase team engagement and collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical tools and techniques to accelerate decision-making and solve problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring and measuring project progress and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to integrate value management into existing Agile, SAFe, Lean or project management practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OKRs &amp; Obeya <\/strong>for customer value.<\/h3>\n\n<p>During this two-day training, we will delve deeper into tools such as OKRs and Obeya. Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) is an approach to link your organization&#8217;s objectives (Objectives) to measurable results (Key Results). Obeya refers to a physical or virtual space where teams and stakeholders solve problems, make decisions and track project progress. It provides a visual and interactive platform on which information, goals, metrics and actions can be coordinated.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Value management helps you form a foundation for OKRs and is also an important component in your Obeya. After this training, if you use OKRs and Obeya in managing customer value, you will ensure in several ways: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improved collaboration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transparency and communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focus on value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faster decision-making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Years of practical knowledge and experience<\/h3>\n\n<p>Erik Bras and Richard de Rijke developed the training at Schiphol Group and ING.
