It requires empathy to provide a listening ear and really understand them. At the same time, it is essential to communicate your message clearly and persuasively. The Persuasive Communication training is perfect for that!   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the Persuasive Communication training course<\/h3>\n\n<p>Our Persuasive Communication training is specifically designed to give you the skills and techniques you need to strike the balance. You will learn how to convey information in a clear and impactful way, as well as how to gain and maintain trust through an empathetic and authentic way of communicating. We do this with a mix of theory and practical exercises.  <\/p>\n\n<p><em>The training includes lunch, certificate and teaching materials.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extra: 1-on-1 coaching<\/h3>\n\n<p>Three weeks after the training you will have a personal 1-on-1 coaching session. During this session we evaluate your progress and discuss how you have applied the skills and insights you have learned to your role as Product Owner. This way you get valuable insights and concrete tips to further strengthen your impact as Product Owner.
