Yes, it can.      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size intro\"><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>In our daily work, we see many passionate education professionals losing energy on these issues outside of teaching:<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consultations pile up, but few decisions emerge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Priorities and responsibilities are unclear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovation lingers in ideas, rather than being implemented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autonomy without frameworks leads to difference between teams and ambiguity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time and resources are scarce, so choices quickly feel overwhelming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>So the challenge certainly lies not with the professionals themselves, but in how work and decisions are organized. Without clear frameworks and focus, frustration increases, innovation stagnates and enjoyment of the profession often comes under pressure.
