I’ve been at the helm of Scrum Academy since 2015, and you won’t be surprised to learn that I’ve learned a lot over the years, and thus have certainly gone down at times. An obvious example: Covid. After period of bizarre growth, lockdowns tapped me full on the nose. There was suddenly no demand for physical training and much less demand for coaching on the job. Needless to say, I also found it a heady period and very intense. We were given 8 counts, but got back up after 5 seconds. Then it comes down to your own real agility. <\/p>\n\n

And we have shown that. We are here. And stronger than ever. With new and improved services for our customers. Scrum helped us to instantly change and innovate our services in short sprints. Our Agile mindset helped us to experiment very quickly, and with unfiltered raw feedback from customers to improve ourselves. So like us, engage in change, improvement and resistance. Even when things get hot under your feet for a while. <\/p>\n\n
