A complete explanation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"intro\">Agile Change Management is a methodology by which you achieve organizational change by working iteratively between the now and the goal. This means you are extra flexible as a team or company by breaking the project down into small pieces (iterations).   <\/p>\n\n<p>Per iteration you get feedback from the stakeholders and\/or customers and thus you can make adjustments every time. Working with the Agile methodology means no fixed and specified outcome of a project, but rather room to make adjustments to the goal during the feedback rounds at the end of the iteration.   <\/p>\n\n<p>It is for organizations that also dare to change, to grow. Space for change makes a team and\/or organization <em>futureproof<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Change management and Agile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>If we break down the whole term Agile Change Management you have: Change Management &amp; Agile. We&#8217;ll zoom in on those two specific terms for a moment to get a better overview of the overall picture:   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Agile<\/strong>: this stands for agile and means flexible working by the team;<br\/><strong>Change Management<\/strong>: systematically changing organizations and its individuals.<\/p>\n\n<p>Place these two worlds together. Indeed, intertwine them and you will get closer to the core. Agile Change Management is really <strong>change by doing <\/strong>and traditional change management has much more long-term thinking woven into it. Moreover, with Agile Change, you discover <strong>what the results are in between and<\/strong> not afterwards, as is the case with traditional change management.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What role does it play at Scrum Academy?  <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/scrumacademy.nl\/training\/agile-coach-opleiding-ii\/\">Change management at Scrum Academy is really an Agile approach<\/a>. You learn how to create the urgency to start the change. Then you formulate the first promising experiments to create, but certainly test, the change in practice.    <\/p>\n\n<p>You will also address the drivers of teams and individuals. Why do you want to change in the first place? You will learn how to positively influence behavior and how strong it is. Important in an Agile transition is the role of management.
