Step 5 | One Vision<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The testing! Now we are being tested, for there is the dreaded first setback. Doubts strike: is it really such a good idea? Is it a real improvement? Will we get people on board or against? Now the stakes are high! Do we fall back into old systems or do we convert the resistance within the organization into positive energy? Can we scale up with Agile<\/a> thinking in the organization? This requires an undeniably clear vision that inspires to get started en masse. <\/p>\n\n

Step 6 | Don’t stop me now<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Halfway up the climb, the valley is behind us, the summit becomes visible in all its glory. When the low point is overcome, indomitable energy is released. Of course there is plenty to improve, but we embrace the new way of working and improve time after time. Even the biggest critics see the gains and commit themselves fully. People correct each other and take each other in stride. How beautiful is that? New forces are released, full of energy and willpower we keep going. Unstoppable! <\/p>\n\n

Peak it! We are on top of the mountain. We are getting better and better at achieving our goals, and this is reflected in the energy in the business and in the numbers. We are gaining market share, we are achieving good financial results and customer appreciation is rising. Employee satisfaction is also higher than ever and we are learning every day how to organize ourselves better. The obstacles have been overcome, bad guys defeated, everyone is safe and the profits are in. Above all, don’t forget to toast and enjoy the view! <\/p>\n\n
