As trainers, we determine the content of the training together. We are real professionals who always follow the latest developments. This keeps the training courses current and continuously improved.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Content is 1. But the content must communicate nicely with the participants of our training courses. Therefore, we pay extra attention to the form of our training. For this purpose, we use a kind of manifesto based on <em>&#8220;training from the back of the room&#8221;, which<\/em> describes, based on science, the best way to transfer knowledge. Our training manifesto is as follows:    <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"???? We use the entire training room by moving around a lot. By using active forms, oxygen flows through the body and brain, stimulating your brain to absorb new learning.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Talking about passive listening yourself<\/h2>\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t expect long lectures from us. At Scrum Academy, you learn from, with and with each other. The best way to learn something is to explain what you have learned to others. As a competency for an <a href=\"https:\/\/scrumacademy.nl\/en\/training\/agile-coach-training\/\">Agile Coach<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/scrumacademy.nl\/en\/training\/scrum-master-training\/\">Scrum Master<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/scrumacademy.nl\/en\/training\/product-owner-training\/\">Product Owner<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/scrumacademy.nl\/training\/agile-voor-managers\/\">Agile manager <\/a>, listening is very important. As a participant of a training course, active participation in discussions is key.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Visual flipcharts over lots of text and death by PowerPoint<\/h2>\n\n<p>The days of having 80 PowerPoint slides poured over you every hour are far behind us in our way of training. Graphically well-facilitated flipcharts that we fill step by step with the participants stick around much longer. This means we put a lot of effort into preparation. Participants receive a blank notebook at the start of the training. Often the notebook is full at the end of the training. We give space in the training to make your own notes. By writing yourself you remember things longer.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Short blocks over long stretches<\/h2>\n\n<p>Your brain works better when you have small chunks of new material to process. We divide topics into small chunks. This ensures a lot of variety and a nice high pace. This makes Scrum Academy training easy to keep up with, despite the huge amount of theory and practice we cover.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diversity in forms of work over always the same trick<\/h2>\n\n<p>Trainers at Scrum Academy devote a lot of energy to different forms of work to keep participants stimulated. Change of routine keeps the brain active. This DoD describes what we believe a training course should meet. Rules that apply to us are:    <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The training complies with the manifesto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is a lot of content in the training, but not too much<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is plenty of room for interaction between participants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And perhaps most importantly, as a trainer, I would love to take this training myself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>At Scrum Academy, we value the concept of making it stick. With that, we ensure that training sessions are very effective. Moreover, we ensure an energetic atmosphere and high learning efficiency.
